What the forms collect

Form submissions contain only the fields you type (Demo Website asks for the minimum needed to reply). We record the submission time, a form identifier, and the country of the submitting connection. We do not set advertising cookies and we use no third-party spam network: no reCAPTCHA, no Google. Spam filtering is a hidden honeypot field, a minimum-time check, and (when configured) Cloudflare Turnstile, whose verification happens on our server.

Storage and retention

Every valid submission is stored in our own Cloudflare D1 database before any email is sent, so the record is the source of truth. Enquiry records are deleted after 24 months unless an active job needs them longer. Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe; the list is exportable and never sold or shared.

Page-view analytics

When the site owner enables it, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless page counts measured in the browser. It sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors, does not follow them across other websites, and shows no advertising. The owner sees aggregate totals — pages, referrers, countries, device types — not individual records. The site owner is responsible for confirming which legal basis applies to their audience and jurisdiction; this section describes the tool's posture, not a legal opinion.

Email hello@yournextwebsite.co.nz to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of anything we hold about you. Forms are optional; the phone number on this site works without JavaScript and without forms.
